Blessing Bags

With the help of BGMC and many churches and individuals, we have been able to provide "Blessing Bag" apartment starter kits to former foster young adults all across our state!  These bags contain 63 different items including things like towels, cleaning supplies, basic kitchen supplies, a pillow, etc.  They also contain a devotional book and a $50 Amazon gift card.

Each bag costs just under $300 to provide.  In Wisconsin about 300 youth age out of foster care EACH year!  I'm sure you are already doing the math on this...we need a lot of resources to keep this project going!  Thank you for all your help so far!
